Home Functionality is owned by Alexis Cruz y Marissa Blanco Cruz and was created from a shared passion for construction. The business began fifteen years ago, after many years of learning and hands-on experience.

For a long time, the team scheduled clients during their free time while continuing to grow their knowledge, skills, and reputation. Little by little, Home Functionality grew and earned the trust of more clients, many of whom continue to recommend the company because of the quality of its work, its clear communication, and its reliable approach.
